Colegio Johannes Gutenberg
“I learned about the project in 2017, when we were collecting plastic bottles at school with the Defensores del Planeta children. We were surprised that they were high school students passionate about their project, already having a place where they recycled the bottles into blankets to donate to families in need. This project impacted both teachers and children. Seven years have passed, and Ayudando Abrigando continues to grow, and for us, it’s a privilege to keep working on caring for the planet.”

“Ayudando Abrigando has supported us a lot by providing warm clothes to keep the children from feeling the intense cold in our area. They always arrive with big hearts, reaching the most remote areas. They are always attentive to our community’s needs, visiting us at Christmas and bringing joy by playing with the children, who eagerly await their return. We are very grateful to them.”

“I met the young people from Ayudando Abrigando in 2017, when floods affected our community. They immediately offered support with blankets and humanitarian aid, and we’ve formed a great friendship since then. In addition to helping during disasters, they’ve provided health and education support to people with disabilities and families in poverty. Today, they remain committed to our community, and I thank them for their efforts to improve our quality of life.”

“Ayudando Abrigando has always been there for us in La Rinconada, Pamplona Alta, especially during difficult times like the pandemic. I am one of the many people who have benefited from their help in critical moments. We are grateful for the support they continue to provide. They always keep us in mind. May they keep helping those who need it most. God bless them to keep moving forward. Thank you so much.”
