Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Julián Siucho

Co-founder

In 2017, Julián Siucho Garofolin, a student at Colorado School of Mines, founded Caminando Ando, focused on recycling plastic to create socks and ponchos. Together with Pedro Brescia Hoffman, the initiative merged with Ayudando Abrigando, forming a single organization dedicated to responsible recycling and social support. During this time, Ayudando Abrigando participated in international conferences and established partnerships with companies that continue to collaborate with us today.

In 2017, Pedro Brescia Hoffman, a student at The Wharton School of Business, founded Caminando Ando, focused on recycling plastic to create socks and ponchos. Together with Julián Siucho Garofolin, the initiative merged with Ayudando Abrigando, forming a single organization dedicated to responsible recycling and social aid. During this time, Ayudando Abrigando participated in international conferences and established partnerships with companies with which it continues to collaborate today.

I joined Caminando Ando when I was 14 years old. I really enjoy skiing in the water and playing soccer. I really like having an impact on the lives of others and helping those most in need.

I joined Caminando Ando when I was 13 years old. My passions include alpine skiing and studying physics. I hope to influence and help many individuals through our positive actions as an organization.
